The new Alicante Air Village is being created especially for pilots with
their own aircraft, who are looking for an exclusive home in the heart
of the Spanish countryside yet within an short drive of the
Mediterranean sea.
This exciting development of luxury villas is being built on 1,350,000
sq. metres of land, and is limited to just 116 plots of a minimum of
approximately 10,000 sq. metres (2.4 acres), with every villa having
direct access to the asphalt runway so private aircraft can be
parked in your own property.
Every luxury home will be bespoke, and designed with you and to
your requirements and specifications by one of our own architects. A
project manager will be appointed to supervise the design and
construction throughout and to create your dream home in this
fantastic development.
Alicante Air Village can be reached by driving north on the A31
from Alicante airport for about 40 minutes towards Madrid, until you
reach the town of Villena. |

The facilities are second to none. At the centre we have lovingly restored
a beautiful 200-year old country house, retaining its traditional
Spanish features. This now serves as the Village Club House and
Hotel, where you can relax in our leisure facilities. Enjoy a drink and a meal in the
first class "Amelia Earhart" bar
and restaurant whilst watching the aeroplanes sitting in the sun.
If you like to keep fit, the Village Club House has a
gymnasium and the splendid La Isla swimming pool. And after a hard
workout in the gym, or intense flying, why not relax in the sauna or
Jacuzzi..... |

With 330 flying days per year,
there's plenty of time to enjoy flying your aeroplane, and with Ibiza and Valencia
only 90 minutes flying time away, and Barcelona and
Malaga airports just 2 hours distant, this development is very
conveniently located. Majorca and Menorca are also within easy reach
in a standard Piper or Cessna-style four-seater aeroplane.
The Club House has a fully equipped Flight Planning
room, with access to flight planning programs and daily
meteorological reports. Help is available on the ground and whilst
flying if you need it. And full maintenance support is only 20 minutes away.

There are plenty of
places to visit. A short drive away is the busy town
of Villena with its large selection of restaurants and
shops. Enjoy the sun and sangria and experience the wonderful way of
Spanish life, or join in the lively celebrations at fiestas. Villena
railway station provide excellent connections to Alicante and
Madrid.
Just 20 km away is the town of
Jumilla, where the famous tempranillo grape is grown. Visit the
bodegas and taste the local wines. Yecla, about 10 km away, produces many local wines
and is famous for good quality furniture.
The beaches are only 40 minutes drive away, the
closest having several restaurants and bars, but rarely gets
crowded. |
