Inspection visits to Spain - you've heard the horror stories about
companies providing free or cheap inspection visits and then using dubious practices to pressure
you into on-the-spot decisions. They are true! Very few things in
this life are free.
WE DO NOT DO THIS!
Our trips are neither free nor subsidised, so we do not
need to pressure you, nor do we want to.
Our aim is for you to reach your decision about your purchase in
your time. We want you to be happy with your decision, not just on the
day you sign the contract, but in 5 or 10 years time.
And if you ever decide to sell and find another Spanish home, we
would like to be the people you want to come back to.
The Relaxed Inspection Visit with No Pressure...
Your trip is the relaxed way for you to view our
first line and beach front properties.
Our experienced team will guide you through every
step of Spanish property purchase, and
through our extensive local knowledge
you will be sure of seeing all the best
locations and properties.
Or you may be too busy to view our properties personally, in which case we can
arrange to send you more photographs or even to produce videos of your
short-listed properties which we can send to you via courier or via
video-streaming over the internet.
As much or as little as you prefer...
When you decide to make your trip, our customer service
team will look after all
your travel and accommodation.
We will also arrange a viewing schedule to suit
your time constraints and that meets your
property search criteria.
We will arrange as much or as little as you need, from a fully
comprehensive trip including flights, airport
collection and accommodation to just a
viewing appointment. If you prefer a fully
comprehensive tour, we can dedicate ourselves to your service for as
much time as you wish.
Transport and accommodation
We can arrange your flights from your UK airport to one of our local
Costa Blanca airports. Accommodation can be arranged in any
standard of hotel, private villa or apartment - you just tell us your
preference and your budget.
If you prefer your own hire car, we can arrange this for you -
alternatively we will collect you and make a car and chauffeur
available for you.
You are advised to take out personal medical
insurance, which we can arrange if you prefer.
During your visit
We will prepare an itinerary for you to approve, specially tailored to your
personal requirements.
Throughout your trip, we will be at your disposal to ensure it is
informative and productive, yet relaxing and enjoyable. And unlike
other real estate agents who may pressure you, we
do not subsidise your travel or accommodation, because companies that
do this expect a return on their investment. We will not pressure you
- our aim is to give you dependable, professional advice so that you
can buy your dream home without risk or stress.
